The Honey Trick (the “Service”) is a digital product consisting of a recipe, educational content and a habit-tracking web app, offered by The Honey Trick (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Purchases are processed by the Hotmart platform and are subject to its terms. Once payment is approved, we send an access link to the app to the email address provided at checkout. Access is personal and non-transferable and remains active as long as the purchase is not refunded, canceled or disputed.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use of the content and the app. Copying, reselling, redistributing or sharing access with third parties is prohibited.

The content is educational and describes a habit that supports your routine. It does not constitute medical or nutritional advice, does not replace consultation with a healthcare professional and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Consult a professional before changing your diet, especially if you have diabetes, are pregnant, are sensitive to caffeine or have any health condition.

You may request a full refund within the guarantee period stated on the sales page (7 days from purchase), directly through Hotmart. After a refund, access to the app is closed. See our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass access controls or overload the infrastructure.

We do our best to keep the Service available, but it may experience interruptions for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We may update features, content and these Terms; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
