The Honey Trick is the controller of the personal data processed in The Honey Trick. Contact for privacy matters and our Data Protection Officer (DPO): suporte@thehoneytrick.com.

Purchase data received from Hotmart: name, email, country and transaction ID. App usage data: the days you marked the ritual and habits, language, time zone and reminder preferences. Technical data: IP address, browser type and strictly necessary cookies to keep your session.

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of our ads. Without consent, that cookie is not activated.

Performance of the contract: granting and maintaining your access, sending the login link and the welcome email. Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Consent: morning email reminders (which you can turn off at any time) and ad-measurement cookies. Legal obligation: keeping purchase records for the periods required by tax law and for the defense of legal claims.

Hotmart (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and, with consent, Meta Platforms (ad measurement). Some of these providers operate outside Brazil; international transfers are based on contractual clauses and the safeguards provided by the LGPD and the GDPR.

App data: for as long as your account exists. Purchase and consent records: for up to 5 years after purchase, to meet legal obligations. Technical webhook logs: for up to 12 months.

You can confirm whether we process your data, and access, correct, anonymize, port or delete it, as well as withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 18; GDPR, arts. 15–22; and equivalent rights under laws such as the CCPA, where applicable). On the My account page you can download a copy of your data and delete your account in one click. For other requests, write to suporte@thehoneytrick.com. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or the authority in your country.

Essential cookies: login session, language and a record of your cookie choice. Measurement cookies (optional): Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, activated only after you accept in the banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser cookies.

We use single-use login links sent to your email (no stored passwords), encryption in transit, row-level access control in the database and event logging. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a material incident, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If you answer our quiz, your answers are used to build your result and to help us understand the audience profiles we have. Leaving your email is optional: you can see the result without giving us anything. If you do give your email and tick the consent box, we store the address, the answers and the record of that consent, on the legal basis of your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), in order to send you the result and content about the product. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to suporte@thehoneytrick.com, and we then delete your record.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
